HighLevel Social Comment Management brings Facebook and Instagram post comments into a unified comment management view within HighLevel. Monitor comments across all social posts, reply to comments from HighLevel without switching to Facebook or Instagram, and track comment activity as part of the social media management workflow. Comment management is available in the Social Planner section of the sub-account.
Monitoring Social Comments
Social Comment Management aggregates comments from connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts into one view.
New comments on posts appear in the comment management interface – showing the post they belong to, the commenter, and the comment text.
Filter by platform, by post, or by response status to focus on comments that need action.
Responding to Comments
Reply to comments directly from HighLevel’s comment management interface – the reply is delivered on the original post on Facebook or Instagram.
Use canned responses for common reply patterns – brand-consistent responses to frequently asked questions in post comments.
Mark comments as responded or archived to keep the comment management queue clean and actionable.
