Location Management in HighLevel

Updated: March 19, 2026  |  Author: Bill Stilwell

HighLevel Location Management supports multi-location businesses – franchises, multi-branch service businesses, and regional operations – by treating each location as its own sub-account with independent data while sharing agency-level branding and snapshot configurations. Each location (sub-account) has its own contacts, pipelines, phone numbers, and automations. The agency dashboard provides a unified view across all locations. Snapshots ensure consistent configuration across all locations at setup.

How Multi-Location Works in HighLevel

In HighLevel, each physical location of a business operates as its own sub-account.

This gives each location independent data isolation – a contact at the downtown location does not appear at the suburban location unless explicitly shared.

The agency or franchisor manages all locations from the agency dashboard – viewing performance across locations, deploying configuration updates via snapshots, and managing team access per location.

Setting Up Multiple Locations

Create a separate sub-account for each location. Use a consistent naming convention – ‘Brand Name: City’ or ‘Brand Name: Location Code’ – for clarity in the agency dashboard.

Deploy the brand’s snapshot to each location sub-account during setup. Update the location-specific Custom Values (address, phone number, booking link) for each location after snapshot deployment.

Each location gets its own LC Phone number, email sending domain, and integrations – ensuring local reputation management and communication are location-specific.

Reporting Across Locations

The agency dashboard provides aggregate visibility across all sub-accounts – making it possible to compare lead volume, pipeline value, and review counts across locations.

Location-specific reporting is available within each sub-account. Agency-level reporting tools show the consolidated view.

For franchisors, this reporting structure supports performance comparison across franchisees without exposing individual franchisee data to other franchisees.
