Company and Account Management in HighLevel

HighLevel Company and Account Management adds a company layer to the CRM – above individual contacts. Create a company record for each organization, link multiple contacts to the same company, and track deal activity at the account level. Company records have their own fields, pipeline stages, and activity history. This is the B2B CRM capability in HighLevel – managing relationships with organizations rather than just individuals.
What Company Records Do in HighLevel
A Company record represents an organization – a business, a franchise, a nonprofit – that multiple contacts may belong to.
Contacts are linked to a company – the plumber who works at ABC Plumbing, the attorney at Johnson Law Firm. Activity with those contacts rolls up to the company record.
Company records have their own pipeline and deal tracking – useful for B2B sales where the opportunity is with the company rather than with a specific individual contact.
Creating Company Records
In the Contacts section, find the Companies tab or the option to create a new company record. Enter the company name, industry, address, website, and any other standard company fields.
Link existing contacts to the company by searching and associating them with the company record. New contacts can be associated at creation by selecting the company during contact creation.
Company-level Custom Fields can be created in Settings to store company-specific data – company size, annual revenue, account tier, or any other organizational attribute.
B2B Pipeline with Companies
For B2B agencies, creating pipeline opportunities at the company level – rather than linking them only to individual contacts – provides a more accurate view of the business relationship.
A company with multiple contacts might have a single ongoing opportunity – the deal is with the company, not just one person. Company-level pipeline tracking reflects this reality.
Reports filtered by company show aggregate activity across all contacts associated with that company – total revenue, total appointments, total communications.
