Canva Integration in HighLevel Media Library

Updated: March 19, 2026  |  Author:

HighLevel Canva Integration connects the Canva design platform to the HighLevel Media Library. Design images, social graphics, email banners, and other visual assets in Canva and import them directly into the HighLevel Media Library without manually downloading and re-uploading. The integration is accessed from within the Media Library – clicking the Canva button opens the Canva editor in a panel. Finished designs are imported to the Media Library with one click for immediate use in emails, funnels, and social posts.

Using the Canva Integration

Access the Canva integration from the Media Library in the sub-account. The Canva editor opens within the HighLevel interface.

Create a new design or edit an existing Canva design. When the design is complete, use the import or save button to transfer the design to the HighLevel Media Library.

The imported design appears in the Media Library immediately – available for use in the Email Builder, funnel page editor, or Social Planner.

Design Workflow Benefits

The Canva integration eliminates the manual download-upload cycle for designed assets – saving the 2 to 3 minutes of file handling per asset.

For teams that produce regular social media graphics, email banners, or promotional images, the integrated workflow keeps the creative process within the HighLevel ecosystem.

Canva’s template library provides a starting point for professional-looking designs without graphic design experience – useful for agencies creating assets for clients who need frequent visual updates.
