Brand Board in HighLevel

Updated: March 19, 2026  |  Author: Bill Stilwell

HighLevel Brand Board is a centralized location for storing brand assets – the logo, primary and secondary colors (as hex codes), and preferred fonts. Brand assets stored in the Brand Board are accessible when building funnels, emails, and websites – ensuring brand consistency across all designed assets without needing to manually look up color codes or upload logos repeatedly. Configure the Brand Board in the sub-account settings or the funnel/website builder interface.

What Brand Board Stores

The Brand Board holds the core visual identity assets for a sub-account: the business logo (uploaded as an image file), the primary brand color and secondary colors (as hex codes), and the preferred fonts.

These assets are then available as defaults when creating new pages, emails, and templates – so new designs start with the correct brand colors and fonts already applied.

For agencies managing multiple clients, each sub-account has its own Brand Board – each client’s assets are isolated and applied within their sub-account only.

Using Brand Board in the Builder

When building a funnel page or email, the color picker references the Brand Board colors – making it easy to apply brand colors without manually entering hex codes.

Logo upload fields in templates can pull from the Brand Board rather than requiring a fresh upload each time.

Keeping the Brand Board current – particularly after a client updates their logo or brand colors – ensures all newly created assets reflect the current brand without hunting down the latest files.

Brand Board for Agencies

For agencies delivering consistent branded assets across funnel pages, email campaigns, and website builds, the Brand Board reduces the per-asset time spent on brand setup.

Including Brand Board setup as part of the client onboarding checklist – uploading the logo, entering hex codes, and selecting fonts during initial setup – makes every subsequent build start from the correct brand foundation.

Update the Brand Board whenever the client refreshes their branding to keep all new builds aligned with current identity.
