HighLevel VoIP Deskphone Integration allows physical SIP-compatible VoIP desk phones to connect to the HighLevel LC Phone system. When configured, inbound calls to the HighLevel number ring on the physical desk phone, and outbound calls from the desk phone are routed through HighLevel – logging the call in the CRM and applying call recording and routing rules. This is the solution for businesses that prefer physical handsets over a softphone or mobile app for call handling.
How VoIP Deskphone Integration Works
HighLevel’s LC Phone system supports SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) – the standard protocol for VoIP telephony.
SIP-compatible desk phones connect to HighLevel’s SIP endpoint using credentials provided in the HighLevel phone settings. Once connected, the desk phone operates as an extension of the HighLevel LC Phone system.
Calls routed through the desk phone are logged in HighLevel the same as calls handled through the mobile app or web browser – with call recording, CRM logging, and disposition tracking all functional.
Setting Up Deskphone Integration
In HighLevel’s Phone Number settings, locate the SIP credentials or VoIP configuration section. HighLevel provides the SIP server address and authentication credentials.
Enter these credentials in the desk phone’s network or SIP configuration settings. The exact configuration steps vary by phone manufacturer – consult the phone’s documentation for the SIP registration process.
Test the integration by calling the HighLevel LC Phone number and confirming the desk phone rings, and by making an outbound call from the desk phone and confirming the call logs in HighLevel.

VoIP deskphone integration is most appropriate for businesses with a fixed office environment where team members prefer physical handsets – medical offices, legal practices, or any environment where mobile devices are inconvenient or inappropriate.
