How Power Dialler Works

The Power Dialler operates from a Smart List or contact segment – the team member selects the list of contacts to call and starts the session.

The dialler calls the first contact. The team member handles the call, logs the disposition, and clicks next – the dialler immediately calls the next contact without the team member manually dialing.

Sessions can be paused and resumed. Call dispositions and notes are logged per contact during the session. The dialler tracks which contacts have been called and which remain.
