The AI extracts the name, company, phone number, email, and other details from the card and pre-fills a new contact record. Review the extracted data, correct any OCR errors, and save – creating a HighLevel contact from the card in under 30 seconds. The scanner is accessed from the contact creation flow in the HighLevel mobile app.
Using the Business Card Scanner
Open the HighLevel mobile app. Navigate to create a new contact. Select the business card scan option.
Point the camera at the business card and take a photo. The AI processes the image and extracts contact fields – name, title, company, phone, email, website, and address.
Review the extracted fields for accuracy. Common OCR errors: misread phone digits, incomplete email addresses, or missed fields from non-standard card layouts.
Correct any errors and save the contact.
