The integration requires a TikTok Business account and is connected through the Integrations settings. TikTok DM integration is most valuable for businesses with an active TikTok presence whose customers initiate conversations through the platform.
Setting Up TikTok DM Integration
Connect the TikTok Business account through Settings, then Integrations in the sub-account. Follow the OAuth authorization flow to grant HighLevel access to the TikTok Business account.
After connection, TikTok DMs from customers appear in the Conversations Inbox with the TikTok channel indicator.
Test by sending a DM to the business’s TikTok account from a personal account and confirming it appears in HighLevel.
